Only securely documented facts are shown while core identity, locality, operation, or sourcing questions remain.
What a finished packet records
- Preferred name, aliases, location, type, and participation model.
- Founding, documented activity, reorganizations, endings, and current status—without inventing continuity.
- Leadership, sponsorship, activities, significance, relationships, and conflicts.
- Traceable sources, item identifiers, reviewed dates, and band-specific unanswered questions.
- An image state kept separate from the readiness of the historical text.
Controlling rule
A witness is not automatically a life span.
A dated photograph proves that an ensemble was present for that documented moment. It does not, without other evidence, prove a founding date, ending date, or uninterrupted organization.
