The 1947 Oklahoma Eagle festival item and named-community candidates were already incorporated in the expanded 1940–1960 dossier.
Limits and open questions
It is not evidence that those same bands participated in 1937. Do not backdate its roster or treat it as a newly discovered network. The earlier supplement also retains Lawton and Tulsa’s reported nonattendance; this submission’s shorter list does not supersede it. Current fetch failed; earlier verified evidence retained.
