Boley Band
Contemporary newspapers document a Boley concert on March 4, 1909; music at an August 1909 Odd Fellows banquet; a July 12, 1910 station reception and march to Cavil's Park; a June 5, 1913 excursion through Clearview to Vernon; Boley's July 4, 1922 celebration; and the 1922 county high fair. The July 1922 celebration was reported to draw roughly 3,000–4,000 people. Exact banquet and fair dates remain unresolved. These dated reports do not establish uninterrupted operation or a merger with the Union Excelsior Band.
