Boley Union Excelsior Band
The July 30, 1915 Boley Progress reports that Dr. C. P. Smith organized youths aged 12–18 as the Boley Union Excelsior Band. Contributions for instruments were requested and future free open-air concerts were promised after the players became proficient. No completed performance is established.
