Northwestern High School Little Ranger Band
The 1937 Ranger yearbook, digitized leaf n160, documents a 42-member Little Ranger Band and its premiere at Herod Hall on March 25, 1937. William F. Deusinger supervised the band; college bandsmen LeRoy Austin, J. L. Reed and Edward Leighton instructed it. Officers were Jimmie Kingston, Dorothy Soripsick, Estell Smith and Velma Keck. No uninterrupted later history is established.
