Execution of the 1902-03-04 plan confirmed by return report before 1902-03-14; uniforms reportedly reused from a Frisco band, but relationship to public OBH Frisco R.R. Band master 144 is unresolved.
Two contemporary reports: high for Oklahoma City delegation plan and later Fort Worth travel/performance; formal band name, exact dates, instrumentation and Frisco-band relationship remain unresolved.
