Tulsa Municipal, Starlight, Ponca City Municipal, Guthrie Capital City, Enid Legion corps, Kilties, Cushing Legion, Akdar corps, Tulsa Salvation Army, 45th and 97th bands and 1958 Tulsa Community name are already represented. Repeated website citations are not new discoveries.
Limits and open questions
Retain earlier date, continuity and identity qualifications. A 1953 name index is not a founding date; 1961 photographs do not independently prove pre-1961 activity. No new census total. Broad modernization interpretation remains a hypothesis, not a demonstrated statewide trend.
