All 77 Oklahoma counties have permanent history pages. Existing band evidence is preserved as the strongest current layer; broader genre coverage varies by county and is clearly qualified where research is incomplete.
Evidence rule: a missing genre in a county record means evidence has not yet been established in the currently reviewed sources. It is not a claim that the tradition was absent.
